§ Payment

Ludviggo ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Paypal.

Unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order, the payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created.

Reservation of Amount

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount is reserved for the transaction. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and sent your order. Once your order is shipped, the money is withdrawn from the account. The length of the reservation time depends on the product/service.

Authorization on Debit Card

With a debit card you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available balance will be reduced. In case you cancel your order, or the webshop cancels it afterwards, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still be valid for a period of time. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel the reservation.

Authorization on Credit Card

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your statement when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.

All amounts on the website includes VAT.

Ludviggo ApS uses a secure payment server encrypting all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by others.

§ Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days.

Ludviggo ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcel Shop, Bring - Private (Evening delivery), Bring - Business

The shipping cost is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.

§ Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Desire for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Desire to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@ellaandmonster.com. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.

§ Condition of The Item Upon Return

You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Ludviggo ApS to assess the condition of the item.

§ Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all defects in software, material, and workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Ludviggo ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs

The warranty is void in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

§ Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. It is only stored in our company customer database. You can have your personal information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Ludviggo ApS, we need the following information:

§ Complaint Options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. In case it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a requirement for filing a complaint that the product or service, which you want to complain about, has a cost price of at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least 720 DKK. The amounts may be subject to change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
